Equitable Access

To achieve the key priorities

ICT continues to provide remote learning opportunities through Video Conferencing platforms, supporting students in otherwise low enrollment areas to earn credits that would not otherwise be available to them. We are also expanding our program of providing internet hub's in the schools where it is a struggle to have equitable access to the internet for all students. ICT also continues to offer and complete device refresh and purchasing to help schools stay current with their technology to offer students relevant learning experiences through various platforms and technologies. 

ICT is currently in the process of providing one-to-one chromebooks for secondary students to learn and engage through the supported use of technology.

ICT implemented helplines for students and parents to contact our support staff directly for assistance with their technology needs.  We continue to monitor and respond through our Elementary Helpline and Secondary Helplines.
