How Can We Help?
To support success and wellbeing for all, there are several ways members of the school board community can ask questions or share concerns.
School Based Concerns
Most questions and concerns can be resolved directly at the school level by speaking with your teacher, vice-principal, or principal. School superintendents are also available to support with issues that cannot be resolved at the school level. School superintendent contact information is available on the Find a School page.
Transportation
Transportation information is available from Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO), online at www.stsco.ca, by email at info@stsco.ca or by calling 705-478-5500 or toll-free 1-800-757-0307.
Questions and Information

Student and Family Support Office
Some matters may require additional support when they aren't resolved at the school or superintendent level. The Support Office provides a pathway for follow-up when more help is needed. Visit the Student and Family Support office.
