Accessibility and Human Rights Training

As per section 7, "Training", of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) made under the AODA, 2005, all staff and volunteers, as well as providers of goods, services and facilities to the Board, are required to complete this training about the requirements of the IASR and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to disability.

Watch the videos and complete the quizzes included in parts 1 through 5 of ‘Working Together: The Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act' in either English or Français:

* An American Sign Language/Langue des signes Quebecoise interpretation as well as French and English transcripts are available for each of the five training videos.

Accessibility Awareness Training for Educators

All school administration, teachers, early child educators, child youth workers, educational assistants and other employees involved in program or course design, delivery and instruction must complete.

As per section 16, "Training to Educators", of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation made under the AODA, 2005, 'educators' refers to those employees involved in program or course design, delivery and instruction.
