We welcome you to our team! In your offer package, you received information about your upcoming New Employee Orientation. At this session, you will learn about our culture and everything you need to know to kick start your KPR journey.
Before Your First Day
All new KPR employees are required to review important information and complete a series of online training modules before their first day. After reviewing this information, please sign and submit the Confirmation of Completion of New Employee Online Learning with your confirmation of employment.
Remember: All pre-employment conditions must be completed and submitted before you can start working.

Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities |
How May I Help You? (AODA) (35 minutes) |
Accessibility and Human Rights Training |
As per section 7, "Training", of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) made under the AODA, 2005, all staff and volunteers, as well as providers of goods, services and facilities to the Board, are required to complete this training about the requirements of the IASR and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to disability. Watch the videos and complete the quizzes included in parts 1 through 5 of ‘Working Together: The Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act' in either English or Français: * An American Sign Language/Langue des signes Quebecoise interpretation as well as French and English transcripts are available for each of the five training videos. |
Accessibility Awareness Training for Educators |
All school administration, teachers, early child educators, child youth workers, educational assistants and other employees involved in program or course design, delivery and instruction must complete. As per section 16, "Training to Educators", of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation made under the AODA, 2005, 'educators' refers to those employees involved in program or course design, delivery and instruction. In partnership with the Government of Ontario, the Ontario Educational Services Corporation (OESC) has put together a website called, The Teachable Project, to provide educators with information and training pertaining to Accessibility Awareness. We ask that you complete the following:
