Updates for Families: April 25, 2025

    Dear KPR Families,

With the changing seasons, and Earth Day this week, I am mindful of our place on the land and care for it. I want to take a moment and thank the students and staff who have participated in, and supported environmental awareness, learning and ongoing clean-up efforts in schools and local communities in recent days.

Updates for Families: April 10, 2025

    Dear KPR families,

With the widespread impacts of the ice storm still being felt in local communities, I want to acknowledge the difficulties faced by families who were without power for extended periods of time, the many who lost food and other perishable items, and those who had damage to their homes and properties. We appreciate the patience and understanding of students and families throughout these challenges and thank KPR staff for stepping up to help schools re-open as quickly as possible.

Thank you to KPR’s incredible students for your continued motivation and commitment to learning, kindness, and positive energy that you bring to our schools daily.

As the days start to get longer, and we have more daylight, February provides KPR schools with opportunities for both learning and celebration. I want to take a moment to reflect on and highlight two important themes for this month.
