Report a Problem

You may utilize Report IT! if you are a KPR student, parent/guardian, staff member or member of the wider KPR community and you want to report conduct, a decision, a policy or a failure to provide accommodation that you believe has caused discrimination or harassment connected to a protected ground under the Ontario Human Rights Code. Your complaint should explain what happened, when and where it occurred, who was involved, which protected ground may be connected to the concern, how you or another person was affected, and any steps already taken to resolve the matter. You may wish to include relevant documents and/or other information, if available. Concerns that are not connected to a protected ground such as general disagreements, routine discipline, workplace performance matters or bullying without a Code-related connection should be raised through the applicable school, supervisory, Student and Family Support Office (SFSO), safe-schools, labour-relations or other KPR process.

We value the diversity, uniqueness, dignity and humanity of all students, employees, family and community members. Together, we all have an important role in fostering safe, inclusive, anti-discriminatory and welcoming learning and working environments. Along with the new Report IT! tool, we also continue to encourage students, staff and families to address concerns directly with those involved, such as a teacher or the principal, when possible.
