All other user groups can begin submitting permits on August 3, 2023.
Youth Not-for-Profit:
Covers activities and meetings of non-profit YOUTH organizations (participants are 18 years and under) that are operated primarily on a volunteer basis, for example: athletic/recreation groups involving youth, such as Scouts, Cubs, Girl Guides, 4-H Clubs; soccer, basketball etc. This group must be able to provide appropriate proof of non-profit status in order to qualify.
Community Not-for-Profit:
Covers activities and meetings of non-profit groups where some or all the participants are 18 years of age and older and the activities are operated primarily on a volunteer basis, for example: adult volleyball, basketball or other leagues run by volunteers. Church groups and Colleges/Universities will also use this rate. Fundraising events conducted by registered charities and not-for-profit organizations also use this rate. Groups must be able to provide appropriate proof of non-profit status to qualify.
This rate category also applies to youth activities that operate on a cost-recovery basis, and are run by volunteers, but do not meet the eligibility criteria above for the Student Youth not-for-profit rates, such as programs run by paid staff.
Standard Rates:
Covers activities of a private nature (for example: birthday parties, concert promoters, dance recitals, corporate meetings or training, sports camps with paid instructors), or other for-profit activities.
