Mandatory Immunization Disclosure

In accordance with provincial regulation, all publicly funded school board employees are expected to submit a formal attestation as to whether or not they are “fully vaccinated” against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination (i.e. upload or provide vaccination receipt(s)).

The government directive applies to all publicly funded school board employees, Trustees, staff
in private schools and licensed child care settings and other individuals regularly in these settings, for the 2021-22 school year. This includes frequent school visitors and other professionals who deliver services in schools and interact with students and staff, including third-party contractors.

As a condition of employment with KPR, all employees who are not yet fully vaccinated:

·       Must complete regular rapid antigen tests and report the results of these tests

School boards are required to publicly post aggregated statistical information on a monthly basis.

For the period up to November 16, 2021:

Percentage of individuals who have attested to being fully immunized (with or without supporting documentation) out of those individuals who have submitted an attestation: 94%
