Minimum qualifications: Secondary school graduation diploma or equivalent; minimum of six (6) months related custodial experience; proficiency in the use of computers; preference will be given to individuals who have completed the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic Program; valid driver license with use of own vehicle; good interpersonal and communication skills; experience in building maintenance is an asset. Applicants will be required to undergo a Functional Abilities Assessment to determine their ability to perform the physical aspects of the job.

Secretarial and Clerical Staff

Minimum qualifications: Advanced word processing, spreadsheet and data base software skills, along with a minimum two years’ experience in an office environment are required. Experience in a school setting is a definite asset. Successful candidates will be notified by e-mail and invited to a clerical assessment to be placed on a shortlist for future interviews. The role is casual with no guarantee of full-time work. Long-term replacements and permanent positions are hired from the casual list when required
